Deeply discounted bread and bakery products. Visited the outlet recently, they didn't have much in the shelfs which can happen from time to time. So I asked one of the workers to check in the back and they did. Then a few minutes later, came back with the items I asked for. Bought 🍞 English muffins and 🥪 things for under five bucks. Definitely were stopping here to buy your bread and baked goods.

The selection was great. The prices are always good. The staff, however, left something to be desired. The cashier, Eileen, was quite snippy at first. Once she sensed her attitude was not appreciated, she went overboard to be friendly. It was a lame attempt to cover how she really felt about waiting on me. She should find a job outside of retail if she can’t be polite.

I have been here twice in my entire life and both times the staff were rude and unfriendly. I felt like it was an inconvenience for them to be helping me or even near me for that matter. The elderly cashier was angry, inconsiderate and told us to "Shush," when were chatting at normal speaking voices near the register waiting to be rung up. When we were ready to be rung up we had to wait for her to stop socializing near the door. I will never go back. An absolute shame.

This is the worst outlet in the Capital Region. The elderly staff has no manners and are the most terrible people to be in any sort of customer service whether it be old bread or not. She told me to shush when I was speaking near the register, she then sarcastically said "nice nails" because I grabbed for something that she had rung out so that I could get my son out of the store because of the signs and ahhs that were escaping from her mouth because he wanted to carry around a basket with his cinnamon bread in it. I have never, in my whole life, been so upset with such an experience. I wish I could contact someone who would explain how rude she was and that is not an acceptable way to address any customer.
