Burger King

If this what a breakfast sandwich is supposed to look like then we have no issue, but this isn't what it should look like. Employee also tried to over charge me. When I pointed out the mathematical impossibility of a $5 item being $6.40 without even looking at anything she magically knew exactly what "mistake" she made.

Although the food was as expected and the girl who took our order was friendly and a pleasure to talk to, while eating I was privileged to watch employees exit the building for a smoke break, re-enter the restaurant through the dining area, and leave a lit cigarette on the half wall in the center of the restaurant near the drink machine as they returned to work. Why? Saving it for later? I have no earthly idea. Several employees walked past the smoking cigarette on the counter without a glance, telling me this is a routine occurrence. Any patrons who approached the drink machine had to pass it as well. The restaurant was not busy, but there were children in the dining room. But even so... Why? Just weird.

On 23 Oct at 3:15 my wife and I ordered 2-4-$10 Whoopers at the Clovis BK. Bread was stale and cold. We returned and got same bread only it had been put on grill for a few moments; and fries were cold too. The dining area was not clean and the floor is bowing up. This BK like the one on Cannon AFB have gone drastically down hill since first opening. What a shame! There are many other fast food choices in Clovis that we'll take advantage of in the future.

update 1/2/22: there is a new girl she's been there a few months and has completely turned around this locale. Single handedly is responsible for the turn around. I dont know her name but (not to be rude) she has a physical impairment. That young lady is always so positive and hard worker and deserves a raise! old review: It's a shame that this is the only bk we have in town. In one of the instances I took an online order and was told they aren't taking mobile orders because of down frying options and in order to get refunded id have to call an 800 number. I had to call customer service and never got my money back. When I order here the following is what I can expect: always awful angry or sloppy embarrassing service, cold food, wrong order or no ketchup or condiments. I remember the Burger King when it used to be at the Domino's location and how better the food and service was and it's been going downhill for years. Who is to blame... management? the owners? It would have been a 1-star review but there are no options in Clovis and I don't want Burger King to tank.

On August 13th at 6:15pm, I made an order to pick up 3 whoppers. When I entered the store, the employees were quick to acknowledge my presence. As I waited for the food to finish, the workers seemed happy working amongst each other, one complimented my Led Zeppelin shirt, and the atmosphere in the restaurant seemed overall inviting. Also, the 3 whoppers I ordered were delicious and looked plump compared to some whoppers I've seen before at other BKs. Great whopper deals and great service so I will be coming back for more :^)

Closed an hour and a half early, while I was in the drive through. The employees were rude and dismissive. *Update*. Gave them another shot....they are out of anything that you would expect them to have....no burgers, no fries, no ice cream...... HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. **Update**. Now they charge for WATER. Not really sure how this place remains open.
