The staff was fixated on the drive thru customers and totally neglected us at the counter until we spoke up and asked why we couldn't get helped. Then the chicken was WAY overcooked and dry to the point of being almost inedible. $30 wasted.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had no white meat ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. One of the 3 piece boxes only had two pieces in it. There were no drink carriers and the was no paper for receipts. The people working there were playing while making food, so it's my guess that this is why they couldn't count to 3. I'm never going back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Chicken was drier than the sand in the Sahara desert.
Soooo over cooked and hard as bricks.
Potatoes were ice cold. Biscuits were like trying to eat a rock.
But, the cold slaw was good.

Customer service was great. Now I'm not saying they do this all the time but when I got a 12 piece for the fam it was so dang greasy. Don't put so much grease

So I have been to this KFC as both the doordash driver and as a customer. They always seem to be running a little bit slow although they don't seem short-staffed (I've worked in restaurants before so I know that it can look like there's a lot of people in there but really all of the positions aren't covered so if that is a baseless claim then the proprietors of this KFC can feel free to chime in), and I could deal with that but my problem is that they don't change the grease often enough and all of the food comes out tasting like 3 day old grease. Aside from that the employees I've worked with have always been super nice.
