So livid....long time customer and reward member lost with these high prices and shrunken donuts... 14$ for dozen in a box that can now hold 18....

Editing my 5 stars to a 1. Absolutely worst staff and the donuts are insanely tiny. For 14 dollars to get something smaller....I'd rather pay more than pay the same for these sad things. They also don't taste the same. The donut holes are over 70% smaller as well and now clustered into 3 which makes them almost the same size as the single ones used to be. Do yourself a favor and just head somewhere else. Hurts donuts is cheaper and they have some fantastic donuts.

My favorite donut place. Waited in a long drive through line and she gave me a free box of donuts which I was extremely excited and very grateful cause that really made my night. Thanks again I really appreciate it it's really the small things in life that can matter.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to be told that they were out of glazed donuts and that they would be done in 5 minutes, which is okay. But what’s not okay is that the lady told me I couldn’t order any and wait for them to be done and that I had to get in the back of the line (which consisted of 20 more cars) and that there was no guarantees I could even get any. What a joke. Came here from out of state just to be treated with the worst customer service, ever. Don’t know if I’ll ever be coming back to one of these facility’s again.

I needn't comment on the product. This location happily to an order nearly one donut style to the next for 2 dozen. The guy behind me was not so happy, but a bunch of people at a birthday party were comatized.

The staff is friendly. The girl who helped me over the phone definitely did a great job selling their services!! I drove nearly 4 hours, one way, to get donuts from them because there aren’t any Krispy Kreme shops near Minneapolis. Went to get the buy a dozen, get a dozen original donuts free. Worth the drive!! Wish we had one closer to the Twin Cities!!

Second time in two months that we drove from Ankeny only to find the lobby to be closed. First time for Mother’s Day and now 4th of July weekend. I called and was told they had flooding this morning. This location needs to put some money into the building and get it worked on. It’s falling apart. Very disappointed

Their donuts are okay, but regarding the business: very busy in the morning when I drove by (good sign!) so I decided to stop by with my order/questions in the afternoon (there's no place online to ask questions and I didn't want to bother them on the phone). Stopped by 5pm ish and one set of doors was locked, so I followed another customer to the unlocked door. As I was putting my mask on to enter, an associate came and locked the door. No popping out to offer a reason, etc. Didn't see or hear any emergency vehicles. Customers inside, don't the doors have to remain unlocked during business hours? Later driving by I saw signs posted that said "Lobby is closed sorry for the inconvenience." Hope everything was okay; just poor communication.
