After a leisurely stroll by the River Dunsop, my wife and I had a light lunch at Puddleducks Tea Room. We had the brie, cranberry and onion toastie, which I highly recommend. It did take a while to arrive, but well worth the wait. Very friendly staff and we ate at the table under the blue parasol in the picture, which couldn't have been much nearer the Centre of the UK! Didn't realise that there was free parking but the car park, with free toilets, was only a few minutes walk away and only cost £2 for 4 hours.

Delightful little tea room! Had read some bad reviews on here, but apparently under new management since three months ago (July 2023) and seems much better (e.g. china mugs, not just disposable cups; counter/service area inside, not the "shed" outside). Had a very nice vegan mocha cake which was excellent fuel for the walk in the beautiful countryside around Dunsop Bridge.

Can't thank you enough for giving two weary cyclists a brew when you were actually closed today!!
My 1st ride for 3 weeks and I was flagging a bit, that tea definitely helped me!!!
We'll be back - when you are open next time !!!
But, again, THANK YOU.

Nice little tea room with a small selection of good cakes, scones and light bites. The main attraction is the beautiful setting on the village green next to the bridge. They sell little bags of food for feeding the ducks too.
The indoor part of the café is small but in the better weather there is a kiosk outside where they serve too. There is a childrens play area about 2 minutes walk down the road.
For parking, if the free spaces next to the river are taken, you can pay to park in the car park about 3 minutes walk away.

Such a warm welcome and friendly service. The flat white was excellent with a predominance of coffee to kick start my morning. This is not a posh coffee shop but a genuine local cafe catering for the needs of the many visitors to this beautiful place. They may serve on paper plates and cups but if you were running the local Post Office at the same time, you wouldn't want to spend all your time washing up. The home made cakes were a work of art and not to be missed.
We weren't allowed to leave without a supply of local tourist information and a suggested onward route.
A credit to the local community and well worth a visit.

Me and my friends came here while on a trip to Ribble Valley. The food is quite pricey, but not too pricey. I ordered a sausage butty, a coffee and walnut cake and a diet coke, all cost £10.30. It was quite a decent price, but the butty was more on the expensive side.
All the pessimistic things aside, this place has stunning views. The food is really good, and the workers are really nice people! Quite surprisingly, for a traditional English village in the middle of nowhere, they take card!
I would most definitely go again if I was to come back to Dunsop Bridge!

Super little cafe in the perfect place at the start or end of a great selection of walks, or as a stop off if touring by car. Beautiful spot opposite the river with outside seating too. We have used it for many years and always love returning.
