Of the for of us, one meal was net good at all, and they were not willing to "substitute" even for a slight up charge. The wait staff was great and I enjoyed the breakfast skillet I had. It may be better if we ordered "the right" food that they do well

Was in n the server was very polite and well mannered. Very compassionate. They said je is going into medical field which is perfect direction for him. French toast eggs n bacon were good with chocolate shake. Grilled chicken sandwich had nice thick pieces of chicken. Delicious fries.

We got take out from the Clio mi location. We haven’t ate out in months and decided for my sons birthday we would. Well, the Oreo pancakes were upside down and thrown in the box. My
Husband was supposed to get a meat lovers omelette and got just ham and cheese?!? I got a farmer’s omelette, everything was missing but the ham and cheese? Say what? Super disappointed:/ never again will we spend money there.

Was not busy! Had breakfast it was good! But with that I had a vanilla shake and if you know big boys they have class A best shakes you can get. Shake gets 5 stars but total with food brings it to a 4.

Always have had great food here and out of the multiple times we've been here we have only experienced one bad waitress. The manager on the other hand does not get enough credit. She is very well organized and she talks to the employees like humans.

Well first the breakfast buffet wasn't good like how it used to be and another thing you need to teach your waitress's to ask for age for children and not assume. My daughter is only 9 and is tall for her age. And she was charged as an adult just because she looks tall. So yeah not to happy about that and not to mention it hurt my daughter's feelings being called older then she is. Absolutely just terrible experience all around will never come back.

Great visit they were having some technical issues with registers and still handle it well. Jordan was a good server esp under the circumstances.

Well this is a throwback from the past. Was very excited to see this as driving down the highway and seen that there was a big boy so we stopped. If you've never had a Big Boy Burger Basket you need to stop in and grab one very delicious in feeling. The staff was very nice. Helpful. The place was really clean and inviting. They even gave me a soda to go! If you're looking for a good burger and a shake in your old neck of the woods I highly recommended you will not be disappointed. After a long day of golf in you're in the mood for a burger this is the spot! On your way out stop and grab a cookie they were delicious.
