The employees here try hard. It definitely isn't as bad as it used to be, when there was 30 minute wait times and always wrong food. There is still some mistakes and disagreement about mistakes but overall decent service.

Always closing early. Stop at 8pm on a Saturday night and told that they're not taking any more orders. If you are able to order, double check it before you leave since they have a 50% order accuracy.

Chips were burnt tasting. Meaning someone burned something and did not change the oil.

This place is short handed since the pandemic, but the staff here works their butt off and gets great food to you. Have patience and they'll get you through.

Update: I went through the day instead of late at night. PLEASE change the grease for your chips. They are so nasty!! I won’t be back.
This Taco Bell is better through the day. During the evening and night, they aren't good and they use old grease for their chips. You can really taste it. This has happened to me about three times this year.

The only reason I am giving one star is because my husband's food was good. My quesadilla was ice cold in the middle and looked like they threw it around. When we went back to complain the kid at the drive thru said that it came that way. He was rude and disrespectful. I'll never go there again
