I watched 3 customers drive up and drive away due to not being allowed entry into the restaurant. We walked up to the front door to see the menu, tried calling the number to order some food but it was busy. Tried calling the number 3 more times and every time it was busy. By the time the hostess came to the door, our patience had worn thin. So we went to Tony's Italian restaurant instead.
I've always heard that Wong's food is very good, but I wouldn't know because they won't let anyone in and the phone is always busy when you try to call in an order. I can only imagine how much business they are losing with their poor management practices.

Wongs is too legendary in western Oklahoma to remain closed to dine in. This 1 star does not reflect their food by any means

They were not flexible at all in substituting tofu for other ingredients in dishes. Last time we came they were really nice about making substitutions. We probably will be unlikely to return as soon.

Insanely delicious food. Mongolian Beef, Broccoli Beef, and Sweet and Sour Chicken are my favorites.

was glad to see a nice chinese restaurant in this area during our long trip to W coast. was fairly busy on a Sat night, friendly folks, service a little slow but that was ok. we liked the spice level

I've ate here since I was 13 years old. I drive a 2 hour round trip to eat here. It's my favorite place in the USA. Their egg rolls and duck sauce is the best I've ever had. I'm 51 and still keep coming back.

I could easily give Wong's restaurant a five-star review and just leave it at that but they need to reopen for inside dining even if they don't reopen their buffet. Still have the takeout option but to comply with covid-19 restrictions limit their capacity and take reservations.

Their food and service remains excellent even though you can't dine in. At 3pm call in your order then go pick it up. They are very prompt and friendly with great food‼️🥠I love Wongs ‼️
