Disgusting. Nasty. That’s all I have to say! A freaking bag in my drink!!! I mean seriously? How hard is it to maintain a clean environment let alone care enough that there is a bag in someone’s drink!

I went with my family to simply get an ice cream and frappe. They took about 3 mins to get my order because one of the young ladies didn’t want to take it. She said very loudly they speak Spanish. She refused to take my order. One of the other girls came over and I told her we do speak English. Don’t worry. She said it’s okay I don’t know why she wouldn’t do it. I couldn’t believe that the girl actually refused to do because of the color of our skin.

Got my order wrong twice when I told them clearly what I wanted. Then when questioned about it I received pure rudeness and attitude. Just pure laziness and arrogance at this second rate facility, unless you want a attitude driven street rat handing you your food don't go after 10.

Usual McDonald's food was alright, service was so so. Under their ridiculous working conditions at the location, I'd like to give them credit for even staying on the job. The place obviously needs work in numerous areas, AC being a top priority.

Its only a couple of decent people that works here!! The manager Kim is so unprofessional and rude to her employees and customers!! I had a messed up order and Mrs.”Whale” literally forced my food into my hands!!

Almost all the time they have everything i want on the menu.the drive thru window workers are very polite.

If I could leave no star I would. All I got was a large fry to go. Drove around the building and realized they gave me stone cold fries. Had to return it for some hot ones. Once I was on the interstate, I only had a couple of slightly warm ones and the rest of them were the same exact cold ones from the first batch. I hadn’t been to a McDonalds in years & I have come to the realization that I wasn’t missing anything
