The store is closed in the middle of the day. In the drive thru there was a paper sign stating cash only. When I sat at the speaker box for a few minutes I assumed the store may have some technical issue and pulled to the window. A young girl came to the window and rudely said “we’re closed”… I let her know there was another customer behind me at the speaker box, and she again rudely “well we’re closed” and shut the window. If you’re closed put up a sign and don’t be rude to customers. It’s not good customer service and not a good representation for the store.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Staff=incompetent/ lacking in any form of teeth

Food= warm/not hot-taste not awesome

When they opened over a year ago, they were probably the best Hardee's I had eaten at. Since then, they've been in the tank. The meat tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. The onion rings were like cardboard and the fries were older then my 2 year old grandson. As mentioned in more the a few reviews, the employees definitely treat white customers poorly. I sat and WATCHED how they treat white customers as opposed to black. They were nasty argumentative with white customers, sometimes cursing under their breath. They treated their black customers as customers are supposed to be treated. I often eat at Niece's a soul food restaurant on Troost and am treated with respect, Hardee's, not so much. The restaurant is across Bannister from the under construction Cerner/Oracle campus. A lot of white professionals will be working in the area shortly, so I highly recommend that you get your management issues resolved, or close your doors. The owner is sitting on a gold mine because of the location but the store won't last long with the nasty shift leaders, poor service and awful product being displayed.

We tried to get breakfast at HARDEE'S at 1616 EAST OHIO STREET CLINTON, MO, 64735 multiple times and they are always out of something and there is always a 10 minute wait on biscuits. Today we tried to order French toast sticks they were out. So I ordered a croissant with sausage. She then asked what meat. Repeated sausage. Then my husband ordered a biscuit. She then said she couldn’t hear us. Honestly the speaker is hard for us to hear the employee. Both times it felt like they just did not want anyone to order so we left. We went to McDonald’s across the street and it was crazy busy. I understand that it’s harder to get staff but McDonald’s is able to figure it out.

We waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes, was not told to go park in a designated spot or pull forward so the other patrons could get their food in a timely manner. When we finally did get our food it was cold and the order was incorrect, you would think in the extended period of time the order was on the screen it would have been double checked if not triple checked.
Short staffing can not be blamed for this because of my personal experience running two rushes with less than a full staff and still able to meet expectations where it concerned wait times and food quality, and everywhere is short staffed at the moment. There is a serious lack of training or care by staff that needs to be addressed.

The young lady that took our order was very engaging, great sense of humor. When she wasn't taking orders, she was cleaning and wiping tables. Store was clean. Food was good.

Absolutely terrible service. We had a super long wait time sitting at the drive thru window with no one in front of us when we ordered 2 combo meals and a kids meal. While waiting we watched a girl make drinks while eating a burger and playing on her phone. My burger was a single instead of a double. When I asked to have it fixed the manager refused. They took my name down to get a free burger the next time I come through even though I told them I live 2 hours away. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE without reason. The manager also said they couldn't remake my food because they don't have that authority. But you can give free food next time? The manager back pedaled saying they didn't have time to make it. I was the only one in line and the lobby was closed. You're too busy to do your job?
