Applebee's

This wasn't a very good experience. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. One of the items ordered was a chicken quesadilla, which to be fair, they did take off the bill. This was because it sat in the window after it was done for a good twenty minutes. The pretzel sticks we ordered were brought to us still doughy; half-done. The brownie bite I ordered was so hard, I literally couldn't cut through it. They did also remove that from the bill. The service was terrible. It was a nice, clean restaurant, just a terrible meal and service.

The wait for Curbside to go pickup was like five minutes but I saw only three designated parking spaces. The cheeseburger was seasoned well and very flavorful with all the toppings except pickles. The fries were cold but when you order to go that happens. The queso dip was warm along with the chips. It was mildly spicy with peppers, tomatoes and several types of cheeses. The Bourbon St. Shrimp and Chicken was devoured so I assume it was salty but good. We are super excited for the Cinnamon Apple Blondie for dessert but we are waiting for the ice cream to freeze again. Warm desserts melt ice cream when packed all together.

Our food was a little cold, even though we arrived on time for pickup. Otherwise very well cooked. The medium rare steak that was ordered was perfectly cooked. Both drinks were incorrect and I had to request the correct drinks. Walking into the building my fiancée slipped on ice near the front door that was not properly treated that afternoon two days after a snow storm. I caught her mostly and broke some of her fall, but she did hurt her knee a little bit. Coming inside I saw people standing around just talking and not working. This location was not busy at the time. The manager had mentioned to them to "disperse". The manager was very kind and prompt on getting someone to help them put salt on all of the slick spots on their front walkway. I give this place 3 stars for this review as I feel the staff could be more attentive to the order instructions and be aware of the time of day during bad weather. The cooks and management were on point though! Everything tasted good and a medium rare steak cooked perfectly is hard to do. We normally give this place 5 stars. This experience just happened to be our first bad one. (Hopefully our last bad experience)

Apparently this place doesn't have staff at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Waited near 10 minutes to be seated and saw there was tables with people chatting, barely anyone had food on their tables, while empty tables still hadn't been cleaned up from previous patrons. No bar staff serving drinks, no wait staff walking the tables nor was anyone available the whole time to even seat us. 0 stars if I could.

Stopped in to wait for an appointment. Had a couple of beers and there sampler plate.... Service very slow and not attentive at all. Food was absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Stayed this to the bar tender who advised she would get management for me but why the damage is done will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO stay away. Physically vomited when I left due to the smell and food.
