I stood for 20 minutes while the
Woman in front of me figured out, and repeatedly changed her mind about 3 separate orders she was placing. When she finally decided what she wanted on each one and my turn came, the girl behind the register said we're only talking online orders, no walk ins..... if that's the case then why did I just stand here all this time while someone of another race was able to place not 1, but 3 orders in person??? I'm not one to play the race card, but lets be fair! What goes for one should go for all!

The inside of the restaurant and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors, tables and the drink machine looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. We sat outside because there wasn’t a clean table with the intention of eating there and waited an hour while we watched multiple people that had ordered after us walk out with their food. Once we finally got our food we decided to take it home because it had gotten dark outside and the lights were out. We opened our food and everything but the fries were wrong. They were all bone in wings when we ordered boneless and the ones that were supposed to be Hawaiian had no sauce or seasoning and vegetables that came with it were old. We love wingstop but this entire staff need to be fired and the restaurant needs a deep clean.

The counter clerk is absolutely a rude young man. No customer service or care for the front of the house. I tried to call in an order but the calls are rolled to VM that is full.. 1 customer walked out that came in behind me

The food at Wing Stop is pretty good whenever I order. On 04/15/22 I placed an online order for the 30pc wing combo, 8 Hawaiian, 22 lemon pepper, with fries heavily seasoned 2x. When I get to the location in Clinton, MS I find out they were out of fries. Very disappointing. I had to settle for the corn instead. Maybe there should be a way to let a customer know if a particular location is out of an item. There were a lot of unhappy people picking up food and finding out they could not fries with their food.

We have been waiting on wings for over and hour now. My daughter food still isn’t ready. This is ridiculous. I will never come back here. People are in here furious waiting on their food. The manager is not helping the employees at all.

Food was fire but inside is nasty . I wonder what the kitchen look like . Called the establishment several times to see if my husband wallet was missing and no one answered the phone . The line was busy each ring .

Ordered online. Gives me a time for approximately 30 minutes. So an hour later, still waiting. There is zero coordination and people are all over the place waiting. By now management should of had lines set up and some sort of line management instead of barking out that they can only have 10 people in there. And this place is not cheap. Can go to a steak house for the same amount of money.

Waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes people that order after me got there food people that was coming in during that time I was waiting was receiving there food I never go mines I asked for a refund at 9:40 order my food at 7:15 I worked in fast food before and the way they work isn't ok
