Burger King

So I just tried the zesty sauce for the first time the other day and I've been craving it ever since. Came to this burger King today (2/4/22 around 5pm) they were super busy as expected but everyone working was really super nice and they loaded me up with zesty sauce which was awesome!!! A great experience today.

The service and food was not good. The young lady taking the order was not listening because she was too busy talking about people ordering too slow. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still gave me something I didn't ask for. The burgers were cold. The only thing that was good were the fries.

Went there today drive thru. Customer service was so good when I got to the window i asked who was that on the speaker. One employee pointed to another and she also replied " that was me" with a smile. I said your man must be really happy with you. She said why you day that? I said because if you treat your man the way you give customer service he gotta be happy. Wr laughed and she said " I would like to think that he is happy" anyways this was a great visit i was extremely pleased everyone was smiling and it seemed as if they work well together. 06/08/2022 I went to the drive thru at 8:40 , the person on the speaker had the worst attitude . I'm guessing she thought that her headset was off but she was cussing up a storm at me and my boyfriend and we did absolutely nothing wrong to her. She said “I need my break , I don’t know if the d*mn headset working or if they just talking low , and Im just about to snap on these people.” So we just decided to leave cause I was super upset at her tone when she took our order and the way she cussed up out for no reason . Also no manager answered the phone to speak with me about her. Definitely won’t be back .
