Chick-fil-a

Picked up an order for someone else. I ordered through the app so as soon as I jumped in the drive thru line and was greeted she pulled my order up and I was on my way to the pick up window but I never made it lol. My food was on its way out to the car. They food was fresh and so delicious as usual as I was told by the person I delivered it to.

We stopped at this CFA on our way home to Texas from Florida. Right off the bat, I noticed that the manager was getting his hands dirty outside helping the maintenance crew. Shoutout to his display of servant-leadership! The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. I thought it was a sweet touch that the tables had little red and white carnations on them. Service was friendly and quick for us and all other customers during a busy lunch hour. The food was hot/fresh and my sister said that it was the best Chick-fil-A she has had in a while. It was such a pleasure visiting this location!

This is not the best Chick-fil-A! I went to this location more than 3 times so far. I normally don’t rate a place until I have visited it 3 or more times. This is simply because sometimes everyone has a bad day. On the other hand, there is no explanation for this location to have a bad day every time I go there. The service is unacceptable and the food isn’t far off. For all of the times I have visited this location, I have received very small pieces of chicken. This time I asked for not so small pieces as I previously had. Well sadly these chicken strips were the smallest, very dried, cold, and pretty old. Also, this location do not offer everything that is posted. So, if you are excited to try something that is posted around this location, don’t be because there’s a good chance it’s not being offered. last but not least, the joy of going to Chick-fil-A is to hear “it’s my pleasure” after saying thank you. This is simply because Chick-fil-A has a standard of offering good customer satisfaction. Most time you will not get a “It’s My Pleasure” after saying “Thank You.”

As much money S I spend with Chick-Fil-A in Clinton they are really turning into garbage. The customer service is trash now days and not to mention if they get something wrong they definitely do not want to make it right. I know since the pandemic no one really wants to work, but at least if you’re going to go into a job do what’s expected of you if not stay home. I’m very disappointed. I’ll spend my money at Zaxby’s.
