The manager was working the counter. He personally brought our shakes to our table. Then, when our food was ready, he brought it out as well. I'm not used to this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. It was very much appreciated. Thank you

The team at Arby's was wonderful and the gyro was surprisingly good. I also like Arby's chicken and beef and cheddar sandwiches.

Rob did us right! These guys were the only place on 2000 W that would/could make me a shake after 10pm lmao. Food is mediocre but the fires smaaaack.

Fish sandwich had very little sauce on it.
There was a maintenance guy popping ceiling tiles in the cooking area dropping ceiling tile fragments.... pretty disgusting.

Customer service was VERY good. Had to wait a little longer for the food but the quality was top notch! Rob helped me at the drive thru and was very friendly. One of the best drive thru experiences I’ve had.
