Dunkin'

What a horrible experience this morning. Ordered 2 lattes, was told nothing, standing waiting for 15 minutes, asked the status, was told one more minute. 4 people standing around a latte machine in the back with blank stares on their face clearly there’s something wrong with it (which would have been fine had they not lied about it and strung me along for 15+ minutes). I requested a refund so I could leave and upon doing that, the employee reveals that the latte machine is in fact broken. The woman then has difficulty processing a refund on the system. A nightmare. Never again.

Update March 2022. This location seems to get dirty quick and not enough to keep it clean. Friendly staff. They are pretty good at keeping the place clean including the restrooms which can be tough in a noisy place. It can get noisy when school gets out, but there are a few regulars too which can give it s more local feel than a chain usually has.

The other day I ordered coffee, when I got my order it was incorrect. I went back in and told the person who made it. The shift manager came over and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I understand flavored drinks are sweet but you could taste the added granulated sugar which I did not ask for. The manager was yelling and very argumentative repeatedly telling me I was wrong and he was right. I left with no refund or coffee. So they took my money yelled at me and didn't give me a coffee that I paid for. I called corporate and they said I would here back. I have not heard back, it has been several days now. Not good customer service at all!

Service is always friendly and fast. I must say this is the only dunkin’ i’ve found where they get my drink right every time and it’s always the same. i used to go to the one down the road because it has a drive thru, but now I just make the trip inside because I’m always satisfied when I get my dunkin’ here! A+ guys!!!

I ordered through the app and had an unexpected emergency and was not able to go pick up my coffee. I went the next morning and showed the manager on scene my order history and was very understanding. He fulfilled my order with a smile. He didn't know I was a regular customer and very happy with my order all the time. If they had a drive through in this location it would be perfect. But overall it's clean and quick.
