White Castle

The guy who said that the burgers were sloppily made was right. I ordered 5 impossible without cheese and 5 with. It was on my way from the university so it was meant to be convenient. I got home, most of the burgers didn’t have anything in them and were splitting apart they were so dry. I waited over 15 minutes in the store while they were training someone and at the time I was diplomatic and calm and said it was okay. I even confirmed the order on several occasions and they still got the order wrong. I come here all the time but I will never come back here again. I drove all the way from Fair Lawn to this location after a long day to have them correct the order and ended up eating it there. Also, they added three regular burgers to the order when I came back to correct the order. 😆 Both of the managers were completely incompetent. Message to the owner, I’m certain you are losing a lot of money hiring people 15 dollars an hour to screw up the majority of the orders.

The food was okay, the burgers I had didn't seems all that fresh like they have been out for a bit, the frozen ones from the supermarket are better compared to what I had at this establishment. the fries could have been better, the fruit punch from their soda machine didn't taste that good compared to other fast-food establishments, and even store bought hi-c, theirs tasted off like they haven't cleaned the machine or like the fruit punch was old. Probably won't eat from this white castle again, second time being disappointed with the food quality

Slow service, but worth the wait. The sliders are always to die for. The fries were actually changed at some point, but they've returned back to the same crispy ones they had before and man, good f-ing job white castle. Good fries. The people here are always super nice. Only problem is that: this place is waaaay to small to dine in for. I won't let that deteact from my review because that's no one's fault. But man, There's only a couple seats, and thankfully not many people dine in anyways. Though without a doubt this is on the smaller side of white castles that I've been to. The entrance is also awful in general, and again that is no one's fault besides the people who planned out this accursed driveway into the parking lot. God what were you thinking so many years ago? Otherwise, lovely place.
