Smashburger

So my son asked to go here and even though the last location got my order wrong, I gave the Clifton location a shot to make him happy. I ordered a single with mushrooms, avocado and onions and told the Cashier of my milk allergy. I observed the Manager show him how to note my allergy on my order and it showed on my receipt. When I got inn the car, my son's order was correct, however, MY burger had CHEESE. So much for attention to detail! I calmly reentered the restaurant and the crew member apologized and opened the door loudly speaking to the cooks to remake the order. It sounded incorrect and I mentioned this, but she said she was going to have the entire order remade. I thanked her and waited. She hands me the bag. I go to the car and open the wrapping. My burger ordered now only has AVOCADO and a few onions. No mushrooms. The other burger was fine. I give up.

Been here a couple of times. I just went yesterday with my fam and we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger. The burger and 1 chicken sandwich was good. However, mine was not. At first I didn’t notice anything different, it was fresh, hot and normal but after a few bites I look down and notice the meat slightly pink... I tried to pull it to see if it’s uncooked and it was still slight pink on one side while the other side was white. Maybe because that side was much thicker... anyway I could not eat it...

We were really excited to try Smashburger, having heard so much about it. We love the smash burger type of cooking hamburgers, but we were not impressed. I had the Double Triple and it was fine. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't particularly juicy. My companion had the larger BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and his was actually dry. The location was clean and pleasant, but we were hoping for more from the food.
