Dunkin'

This used to be the worst fast food place in the area about 5 years ago with workers who had some of the worst attitudes I have ever come across. The food was always burned and the coffee didn't taste right. You could just tell they didn't care at all. I went there 3 times and swore I'd never go again. About 2 or 3 years ago, I got a coupon in the mail that said the location was under new management so I tried again. It was a much better experience! Ever since then, they have consistently showed high spirits, great quality food and drink, and they are so fast I never mind waiting in a long line. Even with cars wrapped around the building I'm never in line for more than 10 minutes. There was one time a manager got an unprofessional attitude with me because they did not hear me say I wanted a "coconut milk" refresher - she rolled her eyes and told me that is not what I said and I have to distinct between the two, but I already knew this and was positive I said it. They remade my drink quickly. Because they are usually so great I brushed it off as them being overworked that morning. Keep up the great job guys it's truly appreciated!
