Dot's Cafe

Tucked away in a little off the beat clevedon crafts is Dot Teas a little place with character. You may even be joined by the local ducks looking to join you for a delightful cream tea. The scones and cream are excellent. Things to consider: You may be joined by ducks (What's not to like about that and the endless question of can we have a pet duck from my kids.) No card facilities so either cash or the owner does take bank transfer. Parking is available in the Clevedon craft car park just over the road.

It’s a tranquil little haven For a tasty pot of tea Where the ambiance is perfect And the smiles ... they come for free Just to add So of the places you can linger This is perhaps the best For tea and treats and atmosphere As it puts shame to all the rest But what makes it so idyllic And such a perfect space Is its timeless utopian tenor Where a smile is never out of place So to cross the ‘teas’ And DOT the ‘eyes’ Just to be precise It’s clearly natures halcyon little paradise

Had an early afternoon tea here along with son, daughter in law and baby Ivy. What a delightful place. Beautiful situation among crafts hub, by a gentle stream with ducklings and next to a peaceful country lane. Although Ivy is too young to appreciate ducklings at the moment I look forward hopefully to future visits when she will. The tea was absolutely delicious. amazing range of scones and cake and I believe sandwiches are also available. it was such a treat for me having endured a long journey from Northumberland. Thoroughly recommend.
