Taco Bell

I went to have a meal from Taco Bell for the first time in my life. I am sensitive to beef and cheese so we ordered the chicken and potato tacos without the cheese. They gave us no lettuce and cheese on everything instead. I wasn’t able to eat it, but luckily my siblings loved what they had (that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one, aside from the fact that the Baha Blast is really good). I’m sure the employees were just tired after a long day, so maybe I’d come back and try again.

Everytime I come here they never give enough sauce even with me asking and PAYING for extra sauce. I ordered chipotle burritos and they didn’t put the extra sauce I asked for and then didn’t put chicken in it like it was supposed to have. But managed to give me literally 27 hot and mild sauces I DID NOT ASK FOR. When I asked for my extra chipotle sauce on my burrito they gave me a tiny cup of sauce and I have 2 burritos. They told me no to a second cup even though I paid for it. I always have a problem with this Taco Bell and rude service. I don’t recommend coming here.

Slow, slow, slow, slow! Also, their equipment is often non-functioning. The last 4 times I have visited this location I have been unable to order their frozen drinks because their "machine is down." This creates disappointed kids and annoyed parents. This particular visit, their soft drink system was also broken, so they only had water and tea to offer for drinks. Iced tea with tacos - yeah, that was what we were looking forward to. Was in line for 30 minutes - never got closer than the 4th car in line from the window. And it wasn't because they had these ridiculous long lines. It was because it was taking nearly 10 minutes at the window for each car that pulled up. I pulled out after over half an hour waiting (740p-820p) empty handed, still with three cars ahead of us. Thanks for NOTHING guys. A complete waste of time I will never get back.

I feel like I need to stop ordering from this taco bell and or Uber eats everytime I am always missing something or get something I didn't ask for. Like today asked for a Baja blast got a diet coke and didn't get mild sauce. Does anyone understand the meaning of reading a recipient anymore now a days. Like I understand missing the mild sauce because the driver can't get into the bag but they should also learn to read and correct the merchant that what the person ordered and make sure it is right before leaving the place 😩 it's so frustrating..

Ms.kceia is the BEST worker they have at this taco bell. She is the ONLY one that ever gets pure orders right. This sweetheart goes ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. To be real, she is the ONLY REASON WE COME TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. She is SO sweet and kind hearted and I am SO GLAD WE MET HER. GIRL, YOU ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
