Went by the drive thru today around 2:30 messed up my burger had to go inside and ask if I could have it remade got home around 2:50 in the afternoon just to find a long strain of blonde hair between the burger meat 🤮 loss my appetite won’t be coming back whoever was on kitchen duty around that time WEAR A HAIR NET

Kudos to the Saturday morning breakfast crew. Fresh and fast - large order was perfect.
If you haven't tried the biscuits and gravy, you are missing out! REALLY GOOD

Garbage location... used a code and still got charged for what it covered. Told them about it and it took the lady a while to figure out what I was trying to convey because she didn't speak great English.
Then waited about 8 minutes for a refund, while doing so I realized they forgot my straws.
When the lady came out with the refund she dropped some of the change and said oh well. Walked away.

The service, the happy smile that I see at other establishments and the food quality need to improve significantly. The flavorless food needs to also improve. Horrible and not sure who’s to blame on this one.

I love this place because of the new kiosk ordering stations that they had made it so much easier to get my food in and out in no time at all everyone should visit this place it's pretty awesome

Stopped in for a light lunch and ordered via the kiosk. Staff was friendly and our order was correct. Restaurant was clean and quiet.

Absolutely trash the food is ok but the employees care for there selfs came in seen fans on them no a/c employees in the a/c only spot that has it in the place the kid play place area employees sitting down while customers feel the heat in the lobby they need it fixed!!!

I want to give a shout out to Monica and her team because today they ran the extra mile with me given the situation that the frappe machine was been in a cleaning process and she managed to please me doing an extra step to make things happen with my mobile order. Monica, I really appreciate that, you make a pregnant women happy today.
