Ordered a frozen chocolate. Huge chunks of ice. Couldn't drink with a straw. Had to toss it. Person who made it even said "good luck" when they gave it to me.

This place seriously needs experienced workers . Only two very young people were running this place at a popular Beach in weekend rush hour. Naturally they were overworked and messed up orders.As a result facility management came out clumsy as well.

Very surprised they have alot to choose from when there's lines of tourists in there. Speed is good when they get really busy inside.

The donuts were good. The service was absolutely awful. It made the experience totally bad to be there. Should have been a fun vacation stop. The older lady there seemed to hate her job. We overhead her using heavy curses and going on about how much she hated Dunkin’ donuts. Asked her suggestions on which donuts were best and was told “i don’t eat donuts” in a very snappy manner. If you don’t have order together for the cashier in less than 30 seconds, please do not come here.

The manager on 3/27/22 @11 am was extremely rude to an employee she mentioned she was training and it was his first day. She was yelling at him and told him to stop asking questions/ talking to her in front of 20+ Customers in a very rude manner. She should be disciplined as she has no education on the way to be a manager/ leader.

We visited this location on 4-10-22 and 4-11-22 and the 2 female staff had VERY bad attitudes toward fellow co-workers and customers! On both days a male coworker was berated so loudly ever one could hear and on 4-11-22 the female rudely grabbed canister used for making latte that had almond milk in it and she threw it against a wall that slung milk all over. Very hostile and unnecessary! Management and owners of this particular location NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS AND CORRECT this HOSTILE work environment ASAP!!

We actually never ordered because the manager greeted us with “ If you want it we don’t have it”…. He then repeated himself after my wife and I showed a shocked look on our face. We immediately left and went next door to beach shanty where we were greeted with a warm welcome.
