Mcdonald's

Night shift management is TRASH should probably just shut your night shift down save some money, and save yourself from getting more 1 star reviews. I get home after a long night of work, which is 30 minutes from the McDonald's. They didn't even put my patties in the burger, the top half of my cup of fries was fresh, and then half way down it went to cold hard fries from probably 6 hours ago. I can tell they refried my nuggets because they were hard as a rock, and full of grease all I could taste is grease.

Won't come back to this McDonald's til I hear it's under new management. Went there today through drive through. They had me go to a reserve slot. Somebody brought out my order. I told them they forgot the drinks. So they headed back in...I looked in the bag and there was only 2 burgers and I needed 4. I checked the burgers and they were wrong. So I ran in real quick to tell them that I was still missing items and the ones they gave me were wrong also. The manager got pretty nasty w me saying that all that food was delivered to the reserve. When I explained again she said it was all delivered. I asked her if she wanted me to go get the bag of food and she said yes!!!! I went and grabbed the bag and brought it back in and asked for my money back and that I'd go elsewhere. I have never in my life done that before. But there was no reason to get nasty with me when they made me pull off the line to wait... then brings out a quarter of my order which was wrong.... and then when I try to make it right I get treated that way? She practically called me a liar. And tried to just dismiss me with 2 wrong burgers/and missing two burgers and 2 expensive drinks. The other woman (not the manager) was trying to nicely fix it for me and apologized as she was returning my money. Wonder who should have been the manager in this picture??? Customer service.... if you can't handle being nice when your under stress don't be management.... period....

I have boycotted McDonald's 5 years ago. Since than, I lost 83 pounds and my bad cholesterol levels has dropped dramatically. I won't even buy a coffee here. I don't even buy Fast Food anymore. Plus no Fast Food employee deserves over $10/hr. Fast Food was intended for part time help, working age school students. The food is not healthy.
