Wendy's

Never been inside, always go through the Drive Thru. Their app works well, and use it often because of the rewards and how quickly they add up, and also the redemption points required aren't too high so it's a great deal. This particular Wendy's doesn't usually mess up my order, it is usually right, hot, and fresh. There's only been a few times the fries have been old. The service is okay, most times they seem short handed and look stressed and rushed, so they can be very short with you, but nothing that offends me. It's just "bleh normal" for service. The only real complaint I have is that they always seem to be out of Chili, Baked Potatoes, and Strawberry Frostys... Like always. That gets super frustrating but other than that, this is my favorite Wendy's and we eat here often.

This rating is for the young male with dark curly hair and works days. I believe his name was Milano. He's always working so hard when I've seen him there. I've seen him running around helping several customers while other workers barely do any work. At first I thought he was the manager because of his knowledge, hard work and the way he holds himself. My rating for the rest of the restaurant is literally a 1 or 2. Without the hard worker your restaurant wouldn't be anything!

I went through the drive-thru. Ordering was easy, the food was ready quick, the people at the window were nice. I got a grilled chicken wrap.. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I got my man a bacon cheeseburger and a large coke. It was a sloppy burger, the bacon was over cooked, the bun was a little dry.. So again, kinda blah.

Fav Wendys to go too...most of the time the food is always fresh, hot, and fast. If it isnt they are awesome to make it right or give you fresh fries if you ask while ordering. They run out of baked potatoes a lot though so have to get there early if you want those. And its usually very busy but pretty fast service. The staff love kids and are always saying hi and waving etc when at the window, which is a plus for me because it involves my kids enjoying friendliness of strangers and also kindness which our world doesnt have enough of.
