The Young lady at the register and the manager was very helpful.

The Manager (Scott) is a super hard worker. He has only one employee working or in training at drive thru.
The Manger is cooking, taking orders in the lobby, packing orders and plus doing door dash orders. Also he is working without completing. He is literally running the everything by himself with great customer service.
He deserves some days off with pay.

I don’t know how much their biscuit maker is getting paid but they deserve a raise and so does the nice lady in the drive thru. Food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. And their biscuits are made just right.

So the thing i like about Hardee's is that I can get a burger low carb and it is done. I don't have to waste a bun because it never comes with one and they wrap it in lettuce. Sure it's not as clean as eating with a bun but not nearly as wasteful.

The staff was very friendly. The dining room area was clean. The bathroom was clean. The area around the drink machine was organized and cleaned.

They know how to make low carb burgers, without the bun, no special sauces for me . Because of this it is easy for me to do a taste test. Hardee's is up there on the top for taste of the burger meat.

Saturday morning around 9:30 was a great time to arrive. Pleasantly greeted by Jeff, and Jeff was on it! We had our order within a minute or so. Food was hot and tasty. Congratulations to the whole staff for the 100 sanitation grade!
