Worst experience ever! Came in 9-2-21 @930pm. With my grandpa, he could get a bag of ice out of their cooler, I have a bad back so I couldn't get it either so I ask the man if he could help and he looked at us and said what do you want me to do,.I let him know he worked here and his ice is frozen together and then he give me two screwdrivers and told me to pick it out. I couldn't believe it so unprofessional. Won't be back ever. My poor grandpa

I’ve tried being a patron of this location since moving here a few years ago, but the individuals working here are dishonest and unpleasant to interact with. I went in today to grab Lays chips on sale 2/$5. There were multiple promo signs along the entire section of Lays chips. The promo was based on the size of the bags, not the flavor of chips. He tried to charge me $9 and when I said they were on sale he walked back to the display, pointed to the promo, and said that’s why they put pics on the promo and I need to read. I laughed at him and went down the street and got my 2/$5. They’ve tried to overcharge on propane too.

The Manager (FAZ) of this store does not treat customers well. My kids go in to get the buy one slurpy get one free and he does not want to give the the deal. When I went into the store he gave me a story about how he can't refund drinks. I told him they didn't want a refund they wanted the buy one get one free slurpy. Faz told me he would have had to ring it up like that, so I explained to him that I know his cash register is fully capable of deleting the charge and the he could re ring up the slurpies. He just refuses to do it. I told him he is lazy and shouldn't spend so much time taking advantage of teenagers who barely make any money. I also told him I know this wasn't the first time he had done this to them. It's unbelievable Faz has nothing better to do than to scam our kids out of their money. I see that I am not the only complaint on here in reference to Faz not doing the same promotions as the other stores. I believe my kids when they tell me that he is a problem because when I went up there to get thinks straightened out he gave me a hard time, rolled his eyes, and told me I wasn't a customer and that I should leave. I think if more people would find a better place to shop and he would see a drop I business maybe he would treat us folks her in Clarkston a lot nicer!!!!!!!

Stopped for ATM withdrawal, returning to my car, the employee started screaming at me to return to store. I had no idea what he wanted, he actually accused me of stealing !!! Told me he has me on the security TV putting something in my pocket. I told him, yep I put my money in my pocket. He demanded I show him what I had in my pockets. I told after I showed him, I don't steal and never have!!!

They do not honor sales they have posted, then when you show them they say that the deal is expired even though the expiration of the sale is months in the future!! I'm about to say to hell with shopping here this isn't the first time it's happened, I went in there a year or so ago and bought an iPhone 6 phone charger that was labeled $6.99 And went to pay for it and they charged me $10 for it and said only android chargers and the old iPhone chargers were $6.99 even though it was never posted like that. All they do is rip you off!!!

I went in there last night (4/12/17) at about 6:30 pm to partake in the buy one get one free Slurpee. I go to this one usually once a week, but during the day usually between 12-3. But any how who ever was working last night rung up my 2 Slurpee's and i got the extra large Slurpee which hey its BOGO. and the sign said ANY SIZE. When the guy rung me up i said 4.01 is how much it is for the BOGO he said no its only for medium and large. Extra Large and Small were excluded, and I asked "Does your sign say that" he said Yes with confidence. I went back to the sign after I paid, to reread it, making sure i didn't miss any small print, which I didn't and it clearly said ANY SIZE on the sign. I went back to the register to tell him he was incorrect the sign does not say only medium and large. He went back over to the area, and then came back and said "well it still only applies to Medium and Large, because of the way the system doesn't register the extra large and small Slurpee", and "there isn't anything I can do". Which upset me because well OK if the system doesn't ring up the extra large and small Slurpee's then only ring up one because that's false advertisement but the guy was really rude, and disrespectful. and before exiting I told him I come back another time to complain, which it clearly was useless to complain to him any longer, because i proved him wrong, and he still didn't see the flaw in what he was doing.
