Red Lobster

Jasmine was our waitress. Not only was she delightful, she was extremely good at her job. She took great care of us without hovering. She is truly an asset to this food chain. The steak was a little overcooked, but still tasty and tender so it was eaten nonetheless, The endless shrimp… it speaks for itself.

I thought the service was quick, and our server was super attentive. The food was delicious, and the appetizers came out surprisingly fast. It was the perfect place to eat and catch up with friends. I ordered the Soy Salmon Bowl, and i would definitely order it again. I wish I could remember our server's name because he really was awesome!

The food was fresh, and the biscuits were better than they had been the last few times. Our waitress was very quick with refills and checked in often. 10/2023 Update: I'm not sure what was going on with this visit. We waited while others were seated and ordered. Finally asked, and we were told she didn't know we were her table. She took our order and disappeared. Another waitress brought our drinks. The other waitress brought us drink refills. We ordered the endless shrimp but couldn't find our waitress for a refill. When we finally did track her down, we ordered, and it took forever. My scampi was dry by the time it came out. I ordered the one with lime, didn't like it, and wanted a replacement. Again, I couldn't find her. By this time, I just wanted my birthday dessert. It took a ridiculous amount of time. It was not busy, our room was partly empty & the other one was empty. No reason it took 3 hours & wasn't even fresh when we got it. I was so ready to go!

The prices went up and they now charge for SALAD???? Why would they charge for the cheapest thing to make when they already charging above rate for the same menu!! You lose loyal customers when you nickel and dame them for simple things lime salad!! Its additional meaning not included as a size item even with an entrée.

Food at correct temperatures, flavorful and tasted fresh. Server was friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. Speed of service and following steps of service and more attention to detail in my opinion could be improved. As a single diner, from the time i sat down till check was presented was over 2 hours. Only the server checked on me no presence of the management. Upon being seated i waited 20 minutes until my order was taken. I was one of 3 tables out of four that had to ask for silverware after entrees were servedThis can happen for a multitude of reasons. New staff short staffed, etc. I did have the endless shrimp and did enjoy the experience overall.

I went to Red Lobster with an old friend and we really had a great time. Our server was the sweetest person ever🌹, I wish I could remember her name but I can't, so I'll just give her all the praise in the world because she delt with our crazy tails🤪. Our meal was fantastic, the lobster was cooked to perfection, and normally I DON'T eat scallops, but that night I seriously cleaned my plate. I highly recommend going to this location, I've been several times in the past and I will definitely be returning. Thank You Red Lobster for a great meal and for putting up with me and my friend🤓.

I ordered this food through Uber Eats, everything was accurate and as I ordered, the one thing that really bothered me was that I just paid $18.00 for shrimp pasta linguini and the tails were left on ALL the shrimp! I had to dig through my hot dinner to remove all the tails... also, the portion size to price is disproportionate!
