Project Pie

My son and I stopped in for the first time to try out Project Pie. We ordered a traditional style open flame baked cheese pizza and white pizza. Overall both were good, however the white pizza was a bit too salty than we liked. They have a wide variety of options to make your project pie and they also have several premade options that you can choose from. Overall nice place, very clean with a courteous helpful staff. Definitely recommend Project Pie if you’re in the area or passing through.

Not really all that high on this joint ... I think they tend to skimp on the amount of each topping they put on the pizza. At least they do with me, without exception. Needing to always ask for and pay for double toppings, when the customers ahead of me seem to get toppings piled on without even asking. What's up with that S#1T. I really only go back because my girlfriend likes their pizza and I've now discovered my own favorite concoction. I do like the aspect of building your own recipe. Just wish they weren't so stingy with the toppings. That's my real gripe ! And staff was a little cocky when last there. My Money will spend just as well somewhere else. Thank You Very Much.

Happy find! A pizzeria with Chicago deep dish as well as Neapolitan style thin crust, sweet! :D l aways get a margherita thin crust at a new place. First impression: very tasty, add friendly, helpful staff, a promptly made, hot pizza served. Thoroughly enjoyed, will make an excuse to return, with my sweetie, quite soon:D

The food was good, the deep dish options provide something different for the area. I was confused at first because the sign said now open but you couldn't really see in the windows. It might help to put something on the windows or keep the blinds open. The inside is boring, nothing is on the wall. I like how they have a lunch option even on a Saturday. The service was great, they were very helpful.
