Cold Stone Creamery

Great experience tonight at our local Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, took the time to help us look up ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins we wanted to help accommodate allergies. Although there was a wait, the line went quickly. The store was clean and social distancing was encouraged but not policed.

Very disappointed in management for not training their employees and allowing their personal beliefs to interfere with customs interactions. Left after terrible service (if you can call it that) and no product was sold. I will be taking my business to other establishments that don't allow their employees to impose their personal beliefs on customer experience and business transactions.

I recently had a negative experience at this location. The staff is horribly unprofessional and they were inattentive. I felt slighted because of my racial orientation. The staff behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. Amanda G, was the rudest staff member that I have ever encountered. She is so racist and she looked disgusted assisting my sister and I. This experience prompts me to not patronize any Cold Stone creamery. I will definitely take this complaint to the corporate office. I am very upset by this treatment.

The employees at this location are awesome! I came by tonight and there wasn’t a long line, but shortly after I arrived, the line was fifteen to twenty people deep. The ladies and the one gentleman behind the counter were all patient, friendly, and very helpful. I always enjoy cold stone, but this visit at this location was pretty impressive. I wish my receipt had the name of the person who helped me out, I wanted to give props to them. Thanks for the help!!

Changed from 5 stars to 1star. Usually this location is great. However, today (5/7/2019) the male employees that was working had a very arrogant and dismissive attitude. Not only that but instead of attending the customers, he was more interested in watching the soccer match in the television than in attending the customers. He also got noticably upset when the customer took longer than he wanted to in choosing ice cream flavor. I imagine because the people that usually work in the back we're not there at the time we went in so the employee felt he had more leeway to act however he wanted. I could be wrong about the reason, but his attitude was still not respectful to the customers, despite having a placard that says they will do their best to serve the customer in a clean and fun manner.
