Einstein Bros. Bagels

STFD. Chopped bacon infused jalapeno with cheese. Have you tried this new bagel? We all know bacon makes everything taste better, unless you're a non-meat eater or anti-pork. Einstein's has a variety of bagels for all palette's. Sweet, spicy, onion, dessert, plain all types of choices. The bagels are easy to chew and enjoy whether toasted or not. I usually come between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. and there's generally a long line. Although the service is quick, there is a wait. Each bagel range between $2-350 depending on the topping. Einstein's in general is a four star but this location needs to monitor how many customers enter because it's too small and crowded. I remember when the restrictions allowed 4 indoors at a time and this worked well. Go back to that please. The only tip I have is ask for light butter because there is so much butter you will get cholesterol. Or you can choose cream cheese peanut butter, almond butter, Nutella, margarine, nothing, or other topping choices. Better yet, pre-order and pick up to avoid the long line and crowded indoors.

Today was my first time at this location. Business was booming. I spoke with a sweet employee, Andrea, who helped me with understanding how to select a reward on a mobile order. While standing in line to place my order, I followed her directions and successfully placed my order. While waiting for my order, I watched the staff work so efficiently in tight quarters and being friendly to one another. A cashier was so attentive to me, letting me know my order was coming and brought it to me instead of putting it on the shelf for on-line orders. Another young lady, Leah, was on her break and had a sweet, short conversation with me, telling me she liked her job, it is her first. What a great experience for early on a Sunday morning.

These are some really busy employees, and it can seem like you're being ignored when you walk in. I make allowances for that. I don't overlook the lack of simple politeness, making eye contact when a customer walks in, saying hi, letting people know you're aware of them. A lack of customer service skills is easy to interpret as an uncaring attitude. I look forward to seeing an improvement:)
