Chick-fil-a

My husband likes the owners and the workers are respectful but whenever we claim free items the food comes out really late and not so great. I paid for one meal and claimed a free item. I ended up waiting a long time and a car next to me parked long after me and left before me. The fries were bottom of the barrel, cold and was more like a regular size than large. We took maybe a max of 4 fries before taking photo.

I xalled and left a message for management. While I understand large orders take time you forgot more than. Few items. You guys litterally stuffed the bag so full that everything was wet when I got to my destination less than five minutes away. Half of the chicken nuggets were cold and not fully cooked. I still waiting on a refund. I am still waiting on management to do their job.

Place is a good chicken alternative to home cooking if you got time. This place is busier than an in and out on a Saturday night. Beware of the delivery driver in the white delivery vehicle. I watched him run red light on Heritage and Palomar street. He was sliding thru the turn so fast he almost took out biker legally crossing the road on green walking light on. He over corrected and slide near a group of elementary kids crossing at the same time from the side he ran the red light. This happened at 12:07pm on 5/20/22 and as he regained control before nearly hoping inside curb he threw out a hand gesture for all to see that he did not give two reasons for his total disregard for the children, the biker, the other motorist, or himself. Incident has been filed with Corporate and investigation is pending. Be safe god bless

Decided to dine in with the fam, and it was actually pretty chill. The food was fresh, and slammin, as usual! It was the weekend, so it was hecka busy, but you’d never know since the employees were so pleasant. The outside tables could have been cleaner, but since it was so busy, there’s no love lost.

5/9/22 - Drive thru comment: My order was incorrect and didn’t check order b/4 leaving (always check). Since I spent $31 and change, 12 mi out didn’t go back until next day (best choice). Spoke to Dylan lead Supr or Asst Exec (head person) in charge. He was attentive and accommodating in listening to the mix up of order — and w/out question apologized for the inconvenience this caused and replaced my complete meal. Greatly appreciated and I really enjoy Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Dylan 😊
