It's been a while since we'd been here, but since my son's fundraiser includes this place, we decided to go there tonight. I like the new menu options, and maybe we'll return in the future.

First time I went there it was excellent, I ordered a black forest ham protein bowl, they put 10 slices of ham, second time 6, third time 5. In my last visit while ordering I was asked to move forward so they could attend other customers behind me I moved as asked and when I told them I needed another order one of the employees said to me" next time say everything you need so we dont have to go back" I've been to a few other sub places and I am always asked if I need anything else, it didnt happen here and I mentioned it to the employee I wasnt asked anything before being asked to move forward, she was like hum hum ok but next time order everything together.
Definitely they need to be better trained in how to prepare orders and how to serve each customer.

First id like to start with the service, everyone is super nice and trustworthy, very accommodating hours. The staff makes it very easy and are very friendly. Specifically, Manager kailey she’s always been super accommodating and provided me with 5 star service. Highly recommended.

My daughter went in there today @10:00 am and order at combo and the lady work forgot to put her cookie it in her bag and my daughter went up and told the lady and the lady told my daughter it was to late for her to get the cookie and my daughter was still there just went thought her bag in front of her that lady just wanted to cookie for her self never going there again and she was so rude when my daughter got there .. NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP I WILL BE CALLING A MANAGER TODAY...🤬

Thank you so much to Andrea and her staff! They made 60 sandwiches for us, had them cut in half and wrapped for us and had them done on time. The sandwiches were delicious and they made a group of 100+ teenagers very happy. Very easy to work with!

This subway is not that easy to spot from the street because it is located in a business center. They have the standard subway menu... They have more fountain choices when it comes to refreshments. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'm coming back for lunch.
