Dunkin'

Going through drive thru on Memorial drive Chicopee around 1245am on a Thursday morning. The employee taking order was very courteous and friendly. Drove up to the window and was greeted by a huge smile. Very nice to see at this time of night. Paid for food. Received it quickly. Hot and fresh. Great service. I believe the employees name was Ashley. Great hair too!! Definitely will be back.

This store is always understaffed. Management needs to fire more people. It’s pretty clear the employees are getting burnt out. Showed up today @ 8:45 & they were serving through the drive through. It’s late so I ask if they’re still open - they say yes that it’ll just be a minute. I wait 5 minutes and go inside & they’re clearly not there or responsive. I get wanting to GTFO of work after a long day where you’re likely the only person there (looking at u corporate) but next time just lmk you’re closed.

Don't come to this Dunkins if you want rude people taking your orders. I was just there a minute ago at almost 8pm on Sunday March 14th 2020. They messed up my order, I went back in and the kid snatched the bag from me, threw it out. I had to repeat 3 times what I ordered vs what I got and then he still almost messed it up again. He then was rude about handing the bag back to me with the right order even though I was nice and said thank you, no words were spoken to me after he asked me to repeat my order. These kids should not be working here if they cannot even provide good customer service when they made an error.

The manager Ariel provides the worst customer service I’ve witnessed to date. I always get my breakfast here on the rush to work, I work doubles at my restaurant and don’t get breaks- they’ve messed up my food atleast 3 times this year, and have fixed the issue only when she hasn’t worked. When she works she refuses to fix problems and is extremely rude to the point I would rather go to center streets location. This time I ordered a large order on the app before work, I was in a rush because we had a call out at work, two of the sandwiches I ordered where the southwest veggie sandwiches,cthey didn’t have them so they gave me one with meat (I haven’t eaten meat in almost a decade) and they didn’t tell me or reimburse me. Obviously I couldn’t go during my double to get it corrected so I kept my receipt and went the next day, and she refused to fix the problem. If you go here, check the food before you leave or you’ll of wasted your money and time. She also lied about them being discontinued, they are still available on the app and at other stores.
