Friendly's

We are here visiting a few colleges and soon as I saw that Friendly's across the street from our hotel I said I will definitely be going over there to get me a Reese's Pieces sundae! I miss it so much. They use to have one in Dayton really close to our house and as a family we would go up there for dessert! I have not been to a Friendly's in sooooo many years. The sundae and the service was perfect! This made my day, I was so happy!🤗

The food tends to be hit or miss out of the many times I’ve gone. But the real annoyance is the pathetic friendz’s that they have been making, peanut butter cups fully intact, not mixed well, and most annoyingly for the price they haven’t even been full. The photo is without me touching it. If you want a good peanut butter friendz go to Florence where they also have 3 sizes!!! Chicopee could use some work…

This Friendlys is by far the BEST one in this area. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food and ice cream is always done right. The hosts are even great. Love this location and will only go to this one! Also edited to add that we come here every single Thursday after my daughters dance class, and it is excellent time after time!

Surprisingly, this place has maintained the old quality and feel of what Friendly's was, unlike most in the eastern MA restaurant locations I used to frequent. Perhaps because corporate office isn't too far from here, I dunno, but I was impressed. 👍 This place was clean, had l responsive staff and the food was well prepared. I really wish all other Friendly's locations followed this site's example. Keep up the fantastic work!

Horrible experience. No one was watching the counter. Door dash orders were pulling up while drivers were gathering in the lobby. Absolutely no management or organization. The manager is ridiculously unprofessional. My friend who had to wait 30 minutes for one milkshake was treated appallingly by the rude manager. When asked about it, Instead of apologizing for the long wait, she ripped her receipt away and gave her cash back telling her she'll go to her job and tell her how to do it. Over the top reaction. Trying to look cool infront of your younger employees instead of handling the situation like an adult, really mature. Grow up.
