The customer service is excellent. The staff always greets me with a smile. They are in so tuned in on my orders, they remember which breads are my favorites and what toppings I usually like. I always feel welcomed when I go there.

This is the second time I've ordered pick-up online to save rush/line time. And this is the second time my order has been completely wrong. I feel like they just threw whatever they wanted on the sandwich. Disappointed and hungry :(

Horrible customer service. The girl at the counter was rude and careless not just to me but to others before me as well. Their oven doesn't work, their menu shows a different price but she billed me much higher and blamed it on the system and didn't care to listen to me because she had to attend to her phone. If you want to be treated humanly then visit a different place. My first one star review ever.

Worst subway! Gave me a Buffalo instead of a bbq sandwich, not toasted and the normal coke from the dispenser ended up being diet. Disgusting!
