The store is 24hrs, the employee was in the store but the door was locked and he completely ignored us!

Just came in to get a salad and I’m really disappointed. The lady didn’t speak English as if she had trouble understanding what I was trying to tell her. I don’t know if this is a family business but hiring someone who can’t communicate well causes slow service. She also didn’t even fill up the salad container, it wasn’t even halfway.. literally paid $8 for it. Had too many problems here before.

The worst subway and the worst experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the employee kept talking on the phone and I asked her for a sandwich and began to prepare another one that was not what I wanted. The result was a poor quality sandwich and poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

This restaurant is not worthy of one star. If there was an option to rate this restaurant zero, that would be my rating. I ordered a 6inch turkey sub during my lunch and when I bit into my sandwich, the bread was extremely hard. I went back to Subway to have them re-make my sandwich and instead I found myself going back and forth with one of the workers basically telling me the bread I had was soft. WHYYYYYY would I come all the way back from my job to have a sandwich remade if nothing was wrong with my sandwich. The customer service was PISS POOR and I didn't understand why the worker was offended when I said my bread was hard. I enjoy attending restaurants where the customer service is exceptional and my needs are met. What's most frustrating about this entire experience, I was only offered a refund and the man refused to make another sandwich. He compared the hard bread on my sandwich to a soft piece of bread he was holding. When I asked him if he would eat the sandwich, he did not reply. By this time my lunch was almost over and I did not have time to get food anywhere else. So frustrating!!! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS HERE! JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Customer service is amazing. I been coming for years and I must say they're staff is great. The food be fresh and freshly stocked. Workers Jimmy and Monique always gave me good service . It keeps me coming back.
