Love love love this building! Construction project is pretty much complete and nothing to be concerned about in my opinion. The bad part is over so please do not be scared. Fantastic location and management/leasing staff!

2 months in. Living up to my expectations!
Pros:
-Location
-Customer service
-Design/Aesthetic
-Great appliances (+ in-unit washer/dryer)
Cons:
-Packages not accepted on-site (residents have to use Fetch, which has been decent so far)
-Building renovations (management was upfront about this)
-Central cooling/heating system (has not been an issue so far)
Overall, very happy here! But worth to consider these things

I go there for Miss Kim, the dry cleaner and Taylor, who is only there Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I took in a confusing order and she agreed to deliver it to my doorman for me she's extremely talented and very kind she's basically remaking a pair of leather pants for me she's that skilled I highly recommend

Loved my time at One East Delaware! Friendly door staff and helpful management team. Access to a grocery store without having to go outside in the winter and Starbucks directly in the building were huge benefits. Also, having Fetch was very convenient for package delivery. Being able to arrange my packages and have them dropped off at my door around my schedule was amazing.

I have the original floor plan from when this lovely building was
constructed. Since then.......have the kitchens been replaced and
upgraded? I wonder.

The absolutely love this buildings location and friendly leasing and door staff! Also, love what they have added to assist with package deliveries. The new system is called Fetch and it so so convenient!

Great place. Great people!!! Been there for almost 2 years and easily one of the best high-rises in the city. With new amenities post construction and great doormen and friendly people in one of the most historic neighborhoods in gold coast - this place is the real deal. Plus I have a great view of the lake from my couch in the living room on the 28th floor.A++!
Update: Extended my lease again. Going to be my fifth year in the building. Still a great place in a great location!
