Wendy's

Poor service, Dirty didn't fill my chili or frosty. Tried to get water and after standing at the counter for awhile and have two employees just look at me instead of help decided I could go somewhere and get it faster. Employees just had a poor attitude and were talking about the customers at the drive through.

Not sure if it's a specific manager who is doing this or what but the last few times my husband and I came to Wendy's on Lincoln, we decided to go inside because we thought it would be more convenient. Well it was only 520-530pm and the doors were locked. This happens a couple times per week and if that's the case they should note the hours they close the lobby. We ended up going to the Wendy's on Dell Range because there lobby was open and we got in and out fast.

This wendys drivethru has always had significant wait times. I've only witnessed it doing doordash where I'm getting paid to sit there. I dont know why anyone would want to sit in line for 20+ minutes to order their own food, when there's multiple other places to choose from nearby. That being said, the staff are always super friendly when you do finally make it up to the window.

I woke up this morning bright and early at 10:30. I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to head to Wendy’s. I decided I wanted both nuggets and a burger because I was starving. I haven’t eaten for hours. My mom drove me there and proceeded to order the crispy delicious nuggets. They loaded our bags and sent us on our way. When I get home I come to find out my delicious crispy nuggets vanished. Oh wait, they didn’t even put them in there. Now I’m in a regretful state of mind, I wish I would’ve ordered a chicken sandwich. The peach tea is very thick and has the consistency of syrup. How hard is it to make a peach tea? In conclusion, don’t go here unless you want to be bummed out.
