The pits!!! Drive thru was so slow I waited 20 minutes left and came back 20 minutes later only to wait for an additional 20 minutes!! The drive thru person kept telling people to hold on which lasted a good 10 minutes per car!! Then I get my order and they forgot one thing.. I asked for a frappe with extra drizzle and instead got a watery coffee slush,no caramel at all. The girl didn't know what to do so the manager took it and thought I wasn't watching. Used a cup laying around, poured my drink in it and squirt drizzle on top. Update: We went here for a late dinner. Sad to say that the KIDS who work here have ABSOLUTELY NO WORK ETHICS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! not only do they not greet you but they don't smile or make you feel like being in the restaurant. I placed and order on the kiosk and went to watch as it was being prepared. Every time I come here, they put the swirls of caramel in the cup. Well I asked the little girl if she could do that PLEASE and she flat out said NO. then she walked away shaking her head aside I was the issue! She rudely turns her back to us and speaks to another child behind the counter and decides she wasn't gonna finish our order. As the food was prepared, my son requested that the orders be separately bagged, again she huffed and turned away. She tossed his order on the counter and walked off. Then she prepped my food and threw it across the counter and walked off. IGNORANCE IS NOT LEARNED IT WAS TAUGHT TO HER!! I said excuse me may I have some ketchup and that was a problem as well. She tossed some in the bag and walked off without any form of exit greeting. I am definitely going to take this type of rudeness up a notch because this is just disrespectful to any customer who has to encounter the funk attitudes of these ungrateful CHILDREN! I am a senior and this has happened every single time I visit this particular location! If you don't like your job ...THEN QUIT!!!

I have zero words for how this place is ran. Whomever the manager is must be trashy themselves to allow such madness here. Line is always slow no matter the time of day. The employees are alright. Some nice & others are rude & could care less. Since when can you handle food product with fake nails on? Longer than 2 inches at that?! Bat eyelashes?! No gloves or anything. Why does this place exist when it shouldn’t even pass the safety test. Rude and ignorant kids that work there for the most part. During a lunch rush, I went inside only to see a brand new grill worker. Couldn’t even handle the sandwiches without someone standing beside him coaching him through it all. The numbers being called out to customers were said once. If the customer didn’t hear it, the employee walks away. Leaving the food to get cold until the customer sees it. This place is just….a mess to say the least

1st the Associate at the second window that provided my order could not have been nicer. she gets 20 stars. The food temp was ok but the workers on the grills making the food need pictures in lieu of tickets bc 90% of the time if I ask for extra this or minus that, no salt or etc. They just can't get it right. I had intended to take the survey but of course ink on my receipts doesn't allow you to read the numbers, smart. Come on guys do better! Or if you like a little mystery want your order go Here 😅

This place always has something wrong with it. They don’t open up on time, they close too early, most of the employees are extremely rude, and you can guarantee you’ll sit in the drivethru for about 15-20 minutes almost every time. Went this morning and now their “kitchen is down and they’re only selling chicken products.” This place never makes sense to me. Get it together.

My husband just brought food home from this place because of a failed door dash and my filet of fish is just a patty on a bun. No cheese, no tartar sauce. The patties are hard. I would say it wasn’t what I was expecting but you can’t expect much after 8 pm at this place. The fries aren’t bad for once. Hence the 2 stars.

I waited about 15 minutes for my order, there was 1 person ahead of me, after I used the restroom, there were about 20 people that came in and all was out before me. And on top of that my fish sandwich only had 1/3 of the cheese on it. Didn't have time to complain was running late getting back to work. SMH🤬
