7-eleven

This is a nicer 7-11 in the area. The pumps are a little worn. The store was cleaner than most 7-11s in the area, although it was still a 7-11. The cashier was friendly but was talking about someone’s baby daddy to another cashier. So, it’s a 7-11 and 7-11 is what it is, but this is a location than most.

Went here around 10pm on 9/04/2021 and the place was EMPTY. I mean nobody in the office, restroom, or to be found at the store it seemed. I even knocked on the office door and yelled about them having customers. Now that would’ve been the perfect opportunity for someone with less morals than me. For example, the gentleman outside digging in the trash can who went inside as soon as I said no one was in the store anywhere to be found. I understand the entire United States is understaffed but if that was my franchised store, I’d be firing some people.

The most NASTY 711 I've ever been in. The older white sales clerk has absolutely NO business in customer service. She continued to finish what she was doing before helping myself and another gentleman in line. seeing us waiting to purchase items she walked over to get a box cutter to open what ever it was she was doing. In customer service you stop what you are doing and serve the customer period.

The one star is for the employee Jalal who harassed me about being in the store “too long” and making him suspicious and feel unsafe last night for no reason. I literally had $20 in snacks in my hands as well as drinks I set on the counter to pay for. As I was leaving he took a pic of my car which upset my gf who voiced her opinion and then was givin the finger. I told the manager this morning and all he said was “I’ll talk to him” . Nah he needs to be fired immediately
