Don’t even want to give them a 1 star. Owner is terrible don’t know what customer service even is. Half of them talk about you behind your back mess with your hours and expect you to drop your life outside of work to work any shift they wanna throw at you. Disrespectful and rude when they talk to people

This was my first and last time at this 7-11. There was a door by the beer so I thought it was a beer cave type cooler because another 7-11 I’ve gone to had one. There wasn’t a sign that said employees only so I went in. And the middle eastern employee came back and was like “why did you do that?!” I said “oh I’m sorry I thought it was a beer cave type cooler” and he said “no! You want something you ask!” And I apologized again. Then he went up front and started talking rudely about me to the other worker in front of another customer so I said “I’m going to go somewhere else. The attitude was unnecessary. It was a mistake!” And he said “yeah you go somewhere else!!”

My complaint is about the skinny, long brown curly hair male employee that always seems like it’s a complete inconvenience to serve you and like he doesn’t want to be at work. Tonight he refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask but yet he just served 2 other customers before me that did not have a mask on and I was just in there a hour before without a mask and I was served with no problem at all and no one told me then that I needed a mask. I have no problem at all wearing a mask, that part is not my complaint. I have a problem with him serving others without a mask and being served a hour before without a mask, and the way the employee treated me. Not once has this employee ever been friendly. All the other employees are very friendly and helpful.

I was at this 7-11 today. A couple of things I noticed. When I walked in it was a gentleman trying to get a Cashier attention so he leaned over the uncovered condiments for the customers to put on their hot food (relish, jalapeno etc.) and told her he needed her to hurry up jokingly. Nevermind he had no mask on. During Covid this is not acceptable. His saliva could have easily transferred to those condiments. Either they need to cover the food or enforce mask wearing. Also another comment before mines said that the hotdog buns were hard which is true. They either have the the temp up too high or they're leaving them in too long. The food is now self service which is backwards during Covid having everyone touching utensils and standing over the food. The food service should be reevaluated to eliminate the spread of these uncontrollable germs during this pandemic.

IMAGINE BEING ROBBED NEAR THIS LOCATION, NEXT DAY I RECEIVED AN ALERT THAT THE ROBBERS WERE STILL TRYING TO USE MY STOLEN BANK CARD AT THEIR ATM LOCATION. AND I HONESTLY FEEL AS IF THERE WAS A LACK OF COMPASSION OR CARE BECAUSE I WAS BLACK. THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE STORE IS FULLY AWARE THAT HE HAS PROOF AND CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THE SUSPECTS. AND HE JUST LAUGHED AND BRUSHED ME OFF. THIS STORES PROTECTs WHITE CRIMINALS.
