Taco Bell

Went there last night.No one on the counter.Waited 10 mins.The gentlemen behind me asked how long we had been waiting.I told him.He stretched over the counter to get someone’s attention.A woman comes up.My daughter attempts to order only to be told they are out of beef.WHERE’S THE BEEF? Apparently not here. Left,went to the Edinburg location.Immediate service,and well stocked. No idea how Great Bridge location stays in business.

The person that was working drive-through was very pushy and rude, always asking if I was done and still didn't get more order right. When asked to add to my order SHE told me i was to late and there was nothing they could do to correct it and on top of that, they were very quick to try to get rid of me, but I was still waiting on my drinks that I ordered. They were on the other side of the window ask themselves why I wasn't leaving. Geez. That Crew requires a lot of help and training on how to treat there customers.

The last three times I've gone to this Taco Bell during their posted hours of operation I have been told they are closed. What the hell is going on with this place? Just reset your hours to reflect those that your staff is actually willing to work so people aren't wasting their time going somewhere that isn't open! Your staff won't stay for your operating hours, period, don't pretend your open when you aren't.

Terrible experience, had to wait 30+ min (no exaggeration) for my order just for it to be messed up twice. Wasn't even told sorry or given updates on anything just ignored until asking multiple times if it was ready. Rude employees and the food was somehow burnt and cold, won't be going back to this location ever
