Wendy's

I ordered the double bacon cheddar cheese burger. It was really good. The burgers were moist, the bacon was crisp, not burnt. But I gotta tell you, if you don't have a BIG appetite, you're not going to finish this in one go! 😆 I haven't been ordering fast food combos in a while and I didn't know that I had made a mistake when I ordered. The young lady was very nice and explained if I wanted a (small) drink, it made the whole combo small. It made sense. She let me pay for another small fry and....job done! It didn't make thunderstorms on a rainy day, lol!

Went to get the new hot honey chicken and it was delicious, love the fried pickles on it, the drive thru associate on Friday 3/4/22 about 6 pm was wonderful she was so helpful and pleasant, also the one who brought my food out was great. That really speaks about a place when you have great associates like them. I will go back soon.

My office made a group order, they left out an entire combo meal and messed up one of the drinks. I came back to get the order corrected and the manager spent 5 minutes arguing with me saying she gave us our entire order when they absolutely did not. It was like pulling teeth to get what we payed for and they were rude the entire time. Never coming back. EDIT: Reading the other reviews, it seems this Wendy's doesn't think they need to fill your french cry container more than half way, clearly I'm not the only one who dealt with this. Eat literally anywhere else.

Updated 12-31-2021 Good service has left the building. I ordered chicken sandwich with extra mayo & lettuce. I'm very disappointed in the items received. Not long ago I received a frosty just over half full. Terrible. 4 years Prior : Always good service @ this location. Recently updated entire restaurant. Flat screens & fireplace. Staff Cleaning on my visit.

This was the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to. I asked for sweet tea, they didn't have any. Instead of telling me that, they added sugar to cold unsweetened tea and didn't tell me. I took a gulp of unsweetened tea with a bunch of raw grainy sugar in my straw. The food was cold and the order was wrong. But it was late at night and the employees were rude.
