Burger King

I went to this location yesterday morning to get me and my children some breakfast before our doctors appointment. I was HIGHLY disappointed at the customer service we received. My order was (2)5piece French toast, (2) Sweet teas and a egg and cheese croissant. When I got to the window I was handed my food with one drink. I politely let the guy at the window know that it was suppose to be (2) sweet teas. He responds with “what” then rudely gestures to ring up my drink. I hand him the money and when it was time to give my change back he wasn’t even looking at my hand to see where he was placing the change. He didn’t hand me a straw so when I asked for one he laughed and rolled his eyes like I was asking for to much when the order was wrong on his part. The tea tasted old and I couldn’t help but to think it was on purpose. I just threw it out because I was so disappointed. You would think with this location being across from the hospital and doctors offices, the customer service would be better. You never know what people are dealing with, your terrible customer service doesn’t help. I hope management takes this serious.

Horrible customer service from the beginning to end. The only reason we didn’t cancel our order because we wanted to help them see that they have to do better than what we’ve experienced today. Note for the corporation: Don’t allow the “fast food” badge be the priority over quality customer service.

I went to pick up an order and the restaurant was basically empty, however, one would have expected the food to be ready. There was only one person behind the register and she was also taking drive through orders. I am not sure if the crew members decided to all go on break and leave her by herself or if they were waiting for the food to cook. I waited for a while, before someone came to help her make the burger and take drive through orders. Not impressed at all.

I was there for breakfast on Friday, Nov 13. I ordered a #1 with a cherry coke and a 3 pc French toast stick. Got to work only to find out that there was no syrup and the hash rounds were old. I proceeded to eat my croissant. Towards the middle to end of my sandwich there was a burnt piece of something on my egg. So I took it off and noticed that that particular piece of egg was a little darker than the rest of the egg. I opened the sandwich, opened up the egg and saw that it was a grayish/greenish color. I called to let them know to make sure they check their eggs because of what I had experienced. Pictured is my egg, NOT my bread!

Worst experience at a Burger King so far. Went in... had to repeat my order several times as the guys couldn't understand or hear what I was saying. After paying asked about my cup and realized she still hadn't got my order right. Manger gave me the drink at no cost, great. Got order and it was all wrong. No lettuce or tomato on my sandwich (picture clearly shows both on it), daughter sandwich had no cheese (paid for it) and then the taco was so bad (hard, old, gross) that I couldn't eat it.
