Wendy's

This location is my favorite in my local area. Staff are always friendly and although a very busy location, my mobile orders are given priority. Fries are ALWAYS hot and meals always picture perfect. Download the app the app and you can get some awesome freebies throughout the month/year. You can also customize meals (i.e., small drink and large fry or large iced coffee with small fry). Delivery surcharges are high even with the free delivery so I rarely use this feature but otherwise love everything else.

Went into use the womens bathroom and it was in absolutely DISGUSTING shape There was toilet paper on the floor pretty much everywhere and a wet floor sign which wasn't mopped up either.. I went up to the front and talk to the manager about it. I also had to go BACK in after our order through the drive-thru to get a straw and some napkins. But FAST drive thru service even those short staffed (I saw on my TWO trips in) Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries (spicy chicken combo). Everything was freshly made though and good. Typical Wendy's fast food

Drive-Thru had the customer in front of me wait for 10 full minutes with no line while several cars came and left. After finally ordering and receiving my food, I got home and got the pleasant surprise of taking a bite of a bun that clearly should never have been served. Terrible service and clearly no one who even stopped to look at their ingredients before assembling a sandwich.

Service was not great... No, it wasn't good.... It was just horrible. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Combo as well as a Grilled Chicken Combo. We dined in. Was told that there would be an 11 minute wait on the Grilled Chicken. I'm not a fast food chef but 11 minutes? This wasn't even the issue. Got our food and sat down to eat. Went back to the counter to get sauce and the manager ignored me. Not a mistake but a look-in-your-face then go back to doing whatever type of ignore. Avoid this Wendy's if possible. They have an excellent location with the possibility of being extremely profitable but I doubt they are due to this lack of customer service.

The wait for food was a little long but the food was pretty fresh so no big deal there. I would rather wait for fresh food than get old food quickly. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was tasty. Burgers were fresh and so were the fries. People sleep on the Wendy's fries but man, when they're fresh they're pretty darn good. Ordering through the app definitely expedites the process and nets you some rewards points.
