Little Caesars

Never really order from here but I was ordering for a group. I ordered extra most bestest well as you can see from the picture, I was missing the most and bestest. Who was working when I ordered, the older white late miserable lady ! Go figure. I ordered a year or so ago around noon and was told she didn’t do cheesy bread until 6pm. Crazy right ? That was the last time I stepped foot in there. Tried it again yesterday and was reminded why I stopped coming here.

Just plain garbage of a customer service. That older lady with blonde hair is very rude to customers. Came to pickup an order and that lady just looked at me with a "get lost attitude" without even saying a word and just started throwing boxes of pizzas that she just made around, Goodluck to the people who ordered those. Another customer walked in and that miserable lady just passed by her at the register without even acknowledging her or say I will be with you in an hour or something. Why that lady is still employed after all the complaints on her tells me that ownership and corporate don't care.

Went to pick up a hot n ready and had one girl working in the back. Made eye contact and she kept making her pizza. Finished that pizza starter another one and then another. At this point 8 minutes had passed and no one greeted me or took my order. I ask hernif someone is going to take my order and she put up her index finger finished her pizza and went tonthe back. After she came back two older ppl came to her whispered something and went back to wherever they were. After 12 minutes i said forget it and left. Rude no customer service skills at all.

Ordered a Pizza n' Sticks for delivery. Received Italian Cheese Bread instead. Called the store to attempt to fix the problem. Manager replied to call Door Dash. Door Dash does not have a phone number listed for issues with orders. Had to wait on hold for 1 hour with Little Caesars corporate to receive a refund. Will never order Little Caesars again.

We order from this location frequently because of the great price and convenience of just getting the pizza out of the portal. The reason for the low rating is the lady who manages the place (older with blond hair). She always seems to have a bad attitude and is often rude to customers. The place seems to run a LOT better when she's not working. I recommend the owner hire a new manager who is more effective and less toxic.
