Zaxby's

The drive there was very fast and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, it is hard to see the menu until you arrive at the place to order. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the menu you have to decide quickly. Also, the cost of a fourth strip meal was $10 which seems high to me for a fast food meal. The chicken strips were a little tough and had an oily/pickled taste to them.

Overall pretty good. I don’t eat at Zaxby’s very often. It’s probably been three years. But I was feeling like something a little different at work today and I saw the sign for their signature sandwich and it looked good. The drive-through was fast in the employees were friendly. The food tasted was good and was served hot. Personally I would’ve liked a little bit more breading on the chicken to add a little more crunch.

I came to this establishment on 02-11-22 for my lunch break between the hours of 11am- 12pm. I ordered one order that consisted of boneless wings, fries, bread and a drink. I came home that evening and checked my bank account noticing I was charged for two separate orders with two different prices I called the store. Keenee the manager told me there’s nothing they can do about it but give me a free meal beings that I don’t have my receipt from this morning. As if I knew they would mess my order up today. So I can’t get my money back. Not only is this y’all fault but the way the situation is being handled by a so called “manager” is ridiculous and poor customer service.

The food is typically very good, and that's why I am willing to drive 20+ minutes to get it. I have been to this location 2 times in the last 2 weeks, only for them to be closed early. The first time I went at 8:30 and they closed at 8PM. I tried again the following week and got there at 7:15, and they closed at 7pm that day. I understand there is a worker shortage, however if you are going to close early, please update the website / App with the correct time. The app still accepts orders for the closed store, because the closing time is shown as 10pm. EDIT - I had to downgrade this to a 1 star. I've tried to go 3 times since I wrote this review as early as 6:10PM and they were closed every time. The website and app show 10PM, the sign on the drive thru shows 7pm, and I guess it's earlier when they feel like it.
