Five Guys

Ordered Curbside pickup. Got there and checked in on my phone at 8:24. Waited about 5 minutes and then called the store at 8:29. I saw manager answer the phone and told her my name and I checked in for curbside. She told me that the order had just come through- not sure how since I did the online order at 8:16. I waited until 8:39, another 10 minutes before I walked in. I told them that I had checked in and called and had been outside waiting now for 15 minutes. The manager, Ashley spoke up and asked how long. I told her I checked in 15 minutes ago and called her 10 minutes ago. She said well, it’s ready and as I was still explaining how they shouldn’t do curbside if you have to sit out there for 15 minutes, she interrupts me and says have a good night. You talk about RUDE. Then & only then when i asked her name did she say “I’m sorry” Bye bye Five Guys. I don’t give my business to restaurants that are slow and have poor customer relations. Ashley simply did not care and that is the worst quality a restaurant manager can have.

One of the worst experiences ever. First of all I know I clicked the button to have a bun... yet i didn't get one. As for the fries, about half of them were not cooked all the way...smh The burger was 10$ which isn't worth it at all...i spent 15$ on food i didn't eat. It went straight to the trash were it belongs and i went somewhere else to get food. I'll never go back or recommend this place.

Good: The food is very good. The hamburgers are thick and juicy. The fries are always hot and I like both the regular and the seasoned. The service is friendly. This is another level than other fast food or quick service restaurants. The bad: It is very expensive! Why four stars? It’s good but the prices seem too high for the fast food atmosphere.

Way too expensive for what you get. $17 and some change for a double hamburger and medium fries. Got home and realized they put cheese on the burger, called back and asked for a replacement. Went back and got a burger that was in several pieces. Never got an apology or an offer for more fries, since they were cold. The customer service and quality of food has definitely declined.

Got there 10 minutes after opening. Google says they open at 11 but it's actually 10am-10pm 7days a week. The lady cashier was delightful. We had a big order and she made sure that all of the meals were organized and even provided us with a big takeout box and all of the peanuts we wanted. Although it is a little pricey the food is worth it.
