What a change. Either this place has new owners or managers or an entirely new crew. A far cry from my experience about 6-8 months ago.
The young lady working the window was friendly and efficient. She greeted me with a smile and was friendly. When I got the food it was hot and fresh. Not thing was missing. And I have never been to this location when they were not our of something. But this was a complete turnaround from what I have experienced in the past. Whatever the change I impressed. The food was hot and fresh, the service was friendly and prompt and our total experience was positive. We will definitely be back. If you have not been in a while because of problems go back because they are fixed. Thank You.

Worst sonic I have ever been too in my entire life. Scratch that worst place ever period. The service is terrible. If you can wait forever for the food by the time you actually get it.. if you get it.. it's cold and horrible. Been there 3 times and everything the same thing. If Satan ran fast food this would be the result.

Just go ahead and skip this one. The employees are clearly there to just collect their paycheck and leave. No hint of friendliness, they couldn’t care less about what you want to order as long as you hurry up and leave. I guess at least the food was warm. Go anywhere else with your money, get better service and food for less.

Wow! I can see why their ratings is only 3.3. I just started this review and it's 9:54pm. I'll pulled up a drive-through and was told they were closed. Even though the hours are until 10 PM PM. I mentioned that it's not10 PM yet. The person at the drive-through just repeated themselves "We are closed, sir." Absolutely horrible service. I hate that my wife likes this food. If it wasn't for that, I would absolutely boycott Is this restaurant.

My experience @ Sonic was horrible. When my wife, my daughter and myself were waiting for our food, I looked through the drive-thru window and notice that the young man who was placing our food in the bag was literally yarning over our fries as he was putting then in the bag; and then he attempted to serve them to us as if everything was cool. I was so upset that I drive away and was about to buy McDonald's fries as a replacement, but I had already purchased fries from Sonic, so, I turned around went back and angrily explained to his supervisor what had occurred and she replaced then fries with fresh cooked ones.
However, later that night my daughter and I got very sick, we both threw up very violently.
Do not eat there horrible food service.

Customer service is probably the worst I have experienced. We were told drive through only, okay I can understand that since maybe they didn't have enough employees working but when we put our order in, they man taking the order couldn't get us done fast enough and acted like we were wasting his time. We have 3 kids in the car so when we would order another thing he was annoyed and would sigh, and say anything else and when we would say yes he would rush the order. Very rude experience then when we order it was wrong and when we told him, he was annoyed grabed the drinks and got the right ones. If I didn't have 3 hungry kids I'm the car that I was trying to get home and feed, I would have just left the drive through after putting my order in and being treated like that. Absolutely will never go here again. There is one on Portsmouth Blvd that is soooo much better, take the extra time and go there!

According to this Sonic, this is an acceptable way to hand someone their food. Neverminded they said I had a "large" order and it took them almost 25 minutes to bring it out. I ordered med onion rings, med popcorn chicken, Coney foot long, and 1 soft pretzel. That is in no way a large order and the man 2 cars in front of me ordered at least 4 bags of food and still didn't wait as long as I did. There is BBQ sauce running down the inside of my bag and all over my other food!

Was about to go to the ER, was very hungry and decided to try to get Sonic before spending hours in the ER without food. Arrived at around 7:30 am and music was playing and the screens in stalls seemed to be ready to take orders but no cars in parking lot and the app said the location was closed. Went around to drive thru and it had a sign stating that starting on 9-17 the hours would change to 10 am. It is obviously far from September. Very disappointed that this location was closed this morning and unmanned.
